Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost has been elected as the 267th Pope, Vicar of Christ and Supreme Pontiff, as the Successor of St. Peter the Apostle and the Leader of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.

He has chosen the name of Pope Leo XIV.
