(Usus Antiquior) Twelfth Sunday after Pentecost (II Classis) – Sunday, 31 August 2014 : Introit and Collect

Introit

Psalm 69 : 2-3, 4

Amen.

English translation

Incline unto my aid, o God. O Lord, make haste to help me. Let my enemies be confounded and ashamed, those who seek my soul.

Let them be turned backward and blush for shame, those who desire evils to me.

Response : Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
